General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1. Purpose and Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationships between Chouke SRL (hereinafter "Chouke" or "the Seller") and any non-commercial individual (hereinafter "the Buyer") wishing to make a purchase via the brand's website. The acquisition of a product through this site implies the Buyer's unconditional acceptance of these terms. Chouke reserves the right to modify these terms of sale at any time to comply with any new regulations.

Article 2. Products and Pre-orders


The products offered are those listed on the Chouke website, subject to availability. Each product is accompanied by a description outlining its main features. The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not bind the seller in any way.Specific Case of Crowdfunding:Products purchased as part of the pre-sale campaign (March-April 2026) will be subject to a delayed delivery estimated for September 2026. The Buyer is expressly informed of this delay at the time of their order.


Article 3. Prices


The prices listed on the product sheets are in Euros (€) including all taxes (VAT) taking into account the applicable Belgian VAT (21%) on the day of the order. The prices indicated do not include delivery charges, which are billed in addition to the price of the purchased products based on the amount and location of the order.


Article 4. Order and Conclusion of the Contract


The Buyer selects the products they wish to order in the ‘basket’, modifies if necessary (quantities), and then confirms their delivery address and payment method. The contract is concluded at the moment of confirmation of the order by Chouke, sent by email to the Buyer.


Article 5. Payment Terms


Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-ordered products. Payments are made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or Bancontact via a secure payment platform. The Buyer’s card will be charged at the time of order confirmation.


Article 6. Retention of Title


Chouke retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price by the Buyer.


Article 7. Return and Withdrawal Terms


In accordance with European legislation, the Buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of the goods to return the product. The complete satisfaction of the Buyer is our concern.Hygiene Exception:Cosmetic products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and with the seal intact. Any unsealed product will not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.


Article 8. Intellectual Property


These distance selling conditions are subject to Belgian law. For any disputes or litigation, the competent courts will be those of the judicial district of Brussels.

Article 10. Dispute Resolution


In the event of a dispute relating to the application of these terms, Chouke and the Buyer agree to apply Belgian law and assign jurisdiction to the courts of the judicial district of Brussels.


Delivery Conditions

Article 1. Partners and Delivery Methods

In order to ensure distribution aligned with our eco-responsible values, deliveries are carried out by:

  • Bpost:For standard shipments in Belgium and internationally.

  • Urbeez:For 100% decarbonised delivery by cargo bike, exclusively in the municipalities of the Brussels-Capital region.

 

Article 2. Delivery Times


The indicated delivery times are given as a guideline.

  • Standard period:Depending on the availability of delivery organisations.

  • Pre-sale period (Crowdfunding):Shipping is expected at the end of the inaugural production (September 2026).


Article 3. Product Verification and Transfer of Risks


The transfer of risks passes to the Buyer at the moment of physical receipt of the products. The Buyer must check the condition of the products within 3 days of their receipt and must immediately inform Chouke of any defects or damage related to transport.
