These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") govern the sale of products made on the Site.
Article 2. Scope of application
These GTC apply to any order placed on the Site by a natural person acting for personal and non-professional purposes.
By placing an order on the Site, the Customer acknowledges having read these GTC and accepts them without reservation.
CHOUKE SKINCARE reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect on the date of order validation.
Article 3. Products
The products offered for sale are those presented on the Site at the time of consultation, within the limits of available stock.
Photographs and visuals are presented for illustrative purposes.
Chouke products are cosmetic products. They are in no way medical products and do not replace medical, dermatological, or gynaecological advice.
In case of a skin reaction, the Customer is advised to discontinue use of the product and consult a healthcare professional.
Article 4. Price
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros (€), including VAT.
Delivery charges are indicated before the final validation of the order.
CHOUKE SKINCARE reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
Article 5. Order
The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their basket.
The order is definitively recorded after payment validation.
A confirmation email summarising the order will be sent to the Customer.
CHOUKE SKINCARE reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
· suspected fraud,
· previous payment disputes,
· obviously incorrect information,
· abusive use of the Site or promotional offers.
Article 6. Payment
Payments made on the Site are secure.
Accepted payment methods include: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, and any other method displayed at the time of the order.
The order will only be shipped after full payment validation.
Article 7. Delivery
Orders are delivered in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. The indicated delivery times are for guidance only.
CHOUKE SKINCARE cannot be held responsible for delays related to the carrier, force majeure, or an incorrect address provided by the Customer.
Any anomalies must be reported within 48 hours to the address: hello.chouke@gmail.com.
Article 8. Pre-orders
Some products may be available for pre-order.
In this case, an estimated shipping date will be indicated on the Site.
The Customer acknowledges that a pre-order involves a longer delivery time than a standard order.
In the event of significant delays or production impossibility, CHOUKE SKINCARE will inform the Customer as soon as possible and will offer either:
· a postponement,
· an exchange,
· or a refund.
Article 9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, the Customer has a period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send an email to: hello.chouke@gmail.com
Products must be returned:
· unopened,
· unused,
· in their original packaging,
· in perfect condition.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be refunded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Article 10. Tester programme
CHOUKE SKINCARE may organise product testing campaigns.
Participation in a tester programme does not guarantee automatic selection.
Products sent in this context are intended for personal use only and cannot be resold.
CHOUKE SKINCARE reserves the right to modify or discontinue the programme at any time.
Article 11. Gift cards
Gift cards purchased on the Site are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
They cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded after expiration. Gift cards are transferable (they can be given to a third party) and can be used in multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted.
Article 12. Subscriptions and top-ups
CHOUKE SKINCARE may offer subscription or automatic top-up systems.
The Customer may modify or cancel their subscription at any time from their customer area, subject to orders that have already been validated.
Article 13. Legal warranty
The Customer benefits from the legal conformity warranty of 2 years provided by the Belgian Economic Law Code (articles 1649bis and following), as well as the warranty against hidden defects. In case of non-conformity, the Customer can request repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product.

Article 14. Liability
CHOUKE SKINCARE cannot be held responsible for:
· improper use of the products,
· an allergic reaction related to improper use,
· indirect damages related to the use of the Site.
The Customer is invited to consult the INCI list of the products before use.
Article 15. Personal data
The personal data collected on the Site is processed in accordance with applicable European regulations (GDPR).
The Customer can request to access, modify, or delete their data at any time via: hello.chouke@gmail.com
Article 16. Intellectual Property
All elements present on the Site are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.
Article 17. Force Majeure
CHOUKE SKINCARE shall not be held responsible for any delay or non-performance of its obligations resulting from an event beyond its control.
Article 18. Applicable Law and Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Belgian law.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
