Chouke works in sync with your menstrual cycle.

Each serum corresponds to a specific phase. The idea is not to accumulate products, but to use the right care at the right time.


Sang Souci

Menstrual phase (Day 1–6)


To be used during your period, when the skin may be drier, more sensitive, or uncomfortable.

Apply 2 to 3 drops morning and/or evening on clean skin, before your cream.

Goal: soothe, hydrate, strengthen the skin barrier.


Trop Fraîche

Follicular phase (Day 7–12)

After your period, when the skin regains energy and radiance.

Apply 2 to 3 drops morning and/or evening.

Goal: smooth, revive radiance, support skin vitality.


Coup de Foudre

Ovulatory phase (Day 13–15)

Around ovulation, when the skin is often more radiant.

Apply 2 to 3 drops morning
and/or evening.

Goal: maintain hydration and prolong the natural glow.


Drama Queen

Luteal phase (Day 16–28)

Before your period, when sebum increases and imperfections may appear.

Apply 2 to 3 drops morning
and/or evening.

Goal: regulate, purify, soothe.

  2. Target:Apply a few drops of the Chouke serum corresponding to your current hormonal phase.

  3. Hydrate:Finish with your usual moisturiser to seal in the serum's active ingredients.

  4. Protect:In the morning, never forget to add sun protection as the last step.

Observe your skin. It often gives clues. And if needed, use a cycle tracking app to help you keep track.

It's very simple, your routine evolves along with your hormones! Switch to the serum Sang Souci from the first day of your period. Follow on with Trop Fraîche in the follicular phase, then Coup de Foudre during your ovulation. Finally, finish your cycle with Drama Queen during the luteal phase. Listen to your body: transitions do not need to be rigid.
