In the interest of maximum transparency and in accordance with the GDPR, we collect personal data to process your transactions and improve your experience. The information required when placing an order includes: First name, Last name, Postal address, Email address, and Phone number.
Article 2. Sensitive data (Cycle and Skin)
As part of our hormonal neurocosmetic approach, information related to your menstrual cycle and skin type may be collected via our diagnostic tool. This data is treated as strictly confidential and used solely to recommend the appropriate Chouke routine.
Article 3. Consent and Newsletters
Unlike previous practices, subscribing to our newsletter (managed via Brevo) is done solely on the basis of your explicit consent (checkbox). Unsubscribing is possible at any time via the link provided at the bottom of our emails.
Article 4. Transmission to third parties
Chouke SRL does not transmit any data to unauthorised third parties. Your data is only shared with our essential subcontractors (Ateliers du Saupont for strict quality return management, Bpost/Urbeez for delivery, and Stripe/Mollie for payment).
